Refund Policy

Students may request a full refund within 14 days of course enrollment if they have accessed less than 25% of course materials. Refund requests must be submitted in writing with explanation.

No refunds are available after the 14-day period or if more than 25% of course content has been accessed. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval.

Limitation of Liability

xertivionmedia.com and its instructors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from course participation, including investment losses or poor financial performance.

Our total liability for any claims related to course services shall not exceed the amount paid by the student for the specific course in question.

Indemnification

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate student access for violation of these terms, non-payment, or behavior that disrupts the learning environment for other students.

Students may terminate their enrollment by providing written notice, subject to our refund policy. Upon termination, all access to course materials ceases immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by South African law. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Johannesburg, South Africa, under the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Students will be notified of significant changes via email or course platform announcements. Continued course participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
